Hi Sammie and AlwaysWaiting. Looks like we are all in the same boat. I wonder why we didn’t update to PATH? I normally would have an approved DDD by Saturday. I was having problems ordering transcripts. But SSA.gov already has my reported income for this year. I don’t know if we are still part of the PATHers but just didn’t get the message. I could really use some answers!

Same here. Filed 2/1 self Employed with EIC and education credits. No movement since. Still sitting at one bar….

I’m also in the same situation. I filed on 1/31 going into 2/1 accepted 2/1. Still on one bar. I thought I would update to PATH on Saturday. But, still one bar tax topic 152. No letters received either. I had one W2 and self employment income. I noticed I have $347 of EITC. No dependents this year.

I filed 2/4 with a 1099 with CTC and EIC credits. I thought Saturday’s update would at least get me to the Path message, but I’m still at one bar. Anyone else have a similar situation?

EIC & CTC filer here, with w2 and self employment.
Filed 1/20 got accepted 1/22 then got PATH message on WMR on the 27th. No updates since then.

Wait further review???? It said that on the IRS website mine still says topic 152 or 153 idk but I’m still at one bar

@marie How did you get notice? I have 1099s and self employment and I went from one bar on saturday to no bars and a message that says, ” Your review is still being processed. A refund date will be given when available.”

wondering if Im under review or just need to wait.

I had zw2 & 1099-G I got a notice this morning saying I might be under review, it will take longer to process

Gonna be a at least a 3 week wait. Anyone with EIC or CITC will not get their refund till around feb27th per the irs. In in the same boat!
