      Has anyone actually gotten an answer about a refund outside of the scripted answers? We DO have a right to be informed and I feel a large part of us that are being held for whatever reason has had that right violated (class action lawsuit anyone?) Anyways, I filed and was accepted 1/31. Was given the 45 day from the 15th speech.

      Has anyone gotten any info that ended up being true or helpful? Just looking for hope and answers and finding none. IRS and Tax Advocates are vastly unhelpful.

          @givememydamnmoney I think if some of us take that step it may help. Maybe not, but I feel like we are for sure having our right to be informed taken from us. Telling us to wait does nothing.

            I’m on the verge of contacting an attorney. I know my tax payer rights have been violated. I filed 2/1 and was accepted 2/1. About 8 hours on hold to still have NO solution or answers about when I’ll get my refund or even what I have to do to fix this mess.
