I filed in Jan, also accepted in Jan. DDD was two weeks ago. No money at all. Anyone else still here without a penny who filed early? Seems like all my peers are gone.

I filed 1/23 and was accepted same day. TurboTax now says my return was actually transmitted to the IRS on 1/29. Still, that’s early to me. Nothing yet. I’ve been under “random review” since 2/1. I’ve talked to 3 reps in the past 3 weeks, and they have all said nothing is wrong with my return and there are no errors/flags.

As of yesterday mine is not sent yet. My WMR says that my refund is processing and I’ll get a deposit date when one is available with no tax topic. Basically mine has not even been processed. If yours has been sent is it possible it was taken for student loans or something? If you want to talk to an advocate call one of your local offices and leave a message. They usually call you back within 24 hours.

@givememydamnmoney, was your refund sent yet or is it being held? I keep trying to get an advocate but since my refund is saying that it’s sent they refuse to help.

In 11 days they will hit the 45 day mark for me. If I don’t have my refund by the IRS will have to start paying interest on my refund.

I filed and was accepted Feb. 1st. I have a tax advocate and my case has been expedited but I only got a call from the advocate yesterday. She wasn’t even familiar with the special rule/method for figuring EITC for people in areas impacted by hurricanes. Even the advocate couldn’t tell me what I need to do. It’s incredibly frustrating. I think the IRS should have to pay a penalty to people they are late paying. The rest of us have to do that.

Filed 1/23, accepted 1/24. Received NY refund on 1/20. Lost my bars on WMR on 2/15, it just says “We have received your tax return and it is being processed” with the amount and no tax topic. I called the IRS around 2/25 asking for status, they said I was under review because I claimed the EITC and it would be up to 45 days from 2/15. I received a 4464C letter dated 2/27, the letter said it would be 60 days from the date of the letter. I called tax advocate yesterday, they said there’s nothing they can do to help me until the waiting period is up or the IRS requests more info.

yes, i filed and accepted jan 29, EITC and CTC, have received state refund 3 weeks ago, still stuck with amount on left, tt 152, “still being processed” received 4464c letter dated 2-15, nothing still as of today
