      So sbtpg updated but the amounts are short by $909. I checked transcripts and the IRS sent the correct amount and there are no offset codes or amounts taken out. Sbtpg shows that they were sent $909 less also charged extra fees. I did my taxes with tt and fees were taken out of refund. Anyone experience this? Is this a sbtpg issue or IRS or tt issue? Any advice appreciated

          I really think they did false advertisement and took people’s money. I am going to call a lawyer honestly. This is bs and just more evidence of the rich doing anything to get more rich. Everyone on here with issues with sbtpg should lawyer up. Especially if they got money sent to a green dot card….green dot is the parent company, so they charged and waited on money that’s going to their bank lololol

            Mine is 2500 short irs and turbo say that’s not right tried calling them was on hold over a hour still no answer I’m just getting me a lawyer

              No offsets and no unemployment/child support here. Waiting the deposit before I start calling to figure out what’s going on.

                Mine was about $1800 short but it was due to unemployment taking my refund to pay a previous balance. I’m livid but I can’t stop it. Plus I’m getting audited and still have $7,000 something I can’t get until it’s closed. Prolly won’t see that until the end of the year.

                    Same issue here $960’ short to be exact. Been on hold with SBTPG for 30 minutes.
