Amex Serve past ddd

Have a ddd of 2/9, still nothing on my account and nothing pending. Just got off the phone with them and they said to wait 24-48 hours, but that sounds like bs to me. Anyone have any experience with this? Did you get your money after the 24-48 hours?

  @william I got that message yesterday when I called Serve about any pending deposits ( mine is tomorrow, 2/11). The representative mentioned it isn’t unusual to post 24-48 hours after DDD. First time ever using a prepaid card versus my bank account. There is a thread you might want to post in and see if you get a better response –
