Amex Serve Early Deposits

Hey guys Ive used Amex serve card last 2 years got my deposit feb 16th around 530pm. This year turbo tax wasnt free and Im wonder8ng if well have to wait until tuesday because fees were taken out?

Finally received a ddd of this Wednesday, but deposit came through on amex serve just now….wheres refund says I should be getting ALOT more than the deposit the IRS posted on my serve acct??????

Got Serve. Been using for 3 years
. DDD for 2/22 eitc actc education credit
Republic bank stated fees taking out today 2/21 and sent to Bank
#just waiting , last year DDD was 3/1 got it 2/28 @ 6pm

Shouldnt it post as soon as its sent?

AMEX serve, DDD 2/22. Nothing yet. Received letter fees were coming our, I guess that means it has to go to SBTPG, but I don’t even know how accurate that is. People here assume a lot.

Regardless, no pending anything and still the same on WMR. I’m starting to give up at this point.

Republic took fees out 2/19

It’s the 20th 7:50 am and no deposit to my serve card as of yet… hoping it will. Haven’t used Jackson before

I truly believe it will be 10 or midnight. I have bluebird for payroll deposits and serve for my refund. I do payroll for my company and amex is great about releasing immediately. The bank accepts my payroll submission at 2 and it is usually in my account by 5 but if not, always before midnight.

Finally!!! Republic took their fees…just waiting for it to hit the serve card. Anyone know how long that usually takes? Want to pick up somethings for the kids tomorrow before they go to school….hopefully midnight

So I checked and republic bank received refund and taken fees but it’s not on my Serve card so hopefully tomorrow or tonight at midnight. Any information is appreciated. I never used serve card.

Im so annoyed ive always used turbo tax and this is my first year it wasnt free. I have always gotten my money early. I use the same card for my paycheck and get paid 2 days early.

My husband has the American Express serve and he received his deposit and we used turbo tax. I’m just mad that I didn’t use my serve card this year

JH using Amex Serve card. Republic site shows no fees taken, no deposit. Called the number and it lists “fees paid” but I don’t know if that means they’re actually paid or if it’s just listing authorized fees like the website because it says there’s no refund yet on the phone also.

It looks like ppl who used other servuces besides freaking Turbo Tax are getring thier money or atleast showing fees paid and pending deposits old https://cisc.sbtpg.com/ aint showing nothing. I believe its on the west coast and Im in CT so i wont know ish till tomorrow evening and if not then hopefully thursday.

@duxie did u have fees taken out or u paid upfront. It looks like the turbo tax bank hasnt DD anyone taxes that had fees that need to come out. Im watch the IGMR fb page and its alot of serve dropping but qith fees mostly republic bank

Im praying at this point its looking like not till friday. You never kniw if ppl ate lying or not. Ive never had fees taken out before this year and got mine early with the serve card. The Turbo tax banks website isnt shoqing the funds received yet so idk. Im annoyed at this point i have a bunch of stuff i was banking on this money to come by now and it looks like im about to be jacked up in a lot of ways.

I also filed with tt, and i also have serve.. Ive used this card for almost 2 years now and i got my refund on the 16th last year.. My DDD is for 2/22 hopefully i see something tonight or tomorrow… Fingers crossed

I’ve used Serve for 5 years. I’ve gotten my refund up to 6 days before my DDD.

I have a DDD of 2/22 this year so I am expecting a deposit on Tuesday around 6:30pm EST. Will update.

I hope so I looked and The past 2 year it was the 16th and 17th but they were on weekdays and I never had fees taken out.. I have a few Direct Deposit come to this card and they always come earlier then scheduled which is why i love this card. I was highly disappointed when i didnt get a deposit last night. Also if u use turbo tax u can log in to the banks website to see if they received your tax refund so far nothing

I used taxact and republic bank with my serve card the last few years. I had my fees taken out of my refund and not once did I get my refund early! It has always come the afternoon the day my direct depisit was scheduled.😞

I use the Serve card and received my refund last year on the 17th around 7pm.
Fees are taken out first but then added same day to your card. We should get deposits today by evening time. At least hopefully anyways!
Serve and NetSpend get refunds faster than any other.
