          Also I have been calling them for a week now never once did they tell me!!! My money hit my account yesterday before SBTPG updated but they did not tell me because I had wrong card
          !! But they made my funds avaliable right away!! MAKE SURE if you have JH amex serve and got a permit card that it has JACKSON HEWITT on it and it is light blue not dark blue!!

            I WILL NEVER EVER use Jackson Hewitt OR American Express Serve again!!!! I got my taxes back and JH gave me a temp card. I got a personalized on in the mail activated it and threw out my temp because they told me it was no longer active. WELL turns out that the card they sent me was for a whole other new account they created for some UNGODLY reason! And they wont transfer my funds to that card or anything.. So now after waiting for my taxes for the past 2 months NOW it is in my account and I can do NOTHING but look at it for 7-10 business days till I get my new card for the right account!!! I AM SO MAD!!! can anyone tell me how long it took them to get their perminit Jackson Hewitt Amex Serve card??? I am in FL

              My DDD was 2/22 SBTPG website states its been received and fees taken, but no date given, IRS has in fact already sent my refund its apparently somewhere in bank clearing limbo idfk but I’m irritated it was supposed to be here yesterday.

                  Also just looked at sbtpg and it says they sent my money yesterday so wtf!!!!!! Literally sitting here waiting to be able to afford my disabled sons therapy

                      Called local JH and they said all funds were being released at 5:30pm. I live in GA so not sure if she meant our time zone or not. Still no update on serve at all….my ddd was for today 2/22. My co worker got his and he has wells Fargo and same ddd. Hopefully by midnight???!!! Wish it was now!

                          I filed with Jackson Hewitt fees taken out and an advance. DDD 2/23 sbtpg still showing nothing. I’m in MI 4:13 here

                            @eric I feel the same way. I will never use JH again. The fees were outrageous, but like you I decided to get a loan, and now I’m left wondering what is going on. Last year I had to E-file 2015 and file 2013 and 2014 by paper, and it still didn’t take this long to receive my refund. I filed 1/17.

                              JH DDD of 2/23 fees being taken out of refund. Nothing on the SBTPG site as of yet for my federal. I will never use JH again. I have been a faithful TT user for 11 years and decided to get a loan. I didn’t get even close to the pre auth amount and tax prep fees were outrageous and my I feel like I don’t know what is goin on with my refund. With TT it was all bang bang.

                                Hi Everyone,
                                So I just got off he phone with a rep from SBBT. There are different departments and numbers for SBBT: 1-Turbo tax; Tax Act (etc)., 2- Liberty Tax Service, 3- Jackson Hewitt, 4 private tax prepares. So I was told to call the number for Jackson Hewitt (888-353-7228). I told the Rep that I spoke with the IRS and the agent informed me that my refund was already released and accepted. My refund is supposed to be going through Jackson Hewitt and SBBT for fees then to be deposited on an AMEX Serve Card. I told the rep that I wanted to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the card accepting the refund. The rep first stated that they haven’t received my refund. I asked her how that was possible when the IRS agent told me that the dd was accepted. I asked if there was a problem. She stated that there were no problems, but that the refund was not yet processed and to call them back tomorrow, 2-23 if I hadn’t received my refund by 12pm PST. Is there anyone else with an AMEX Serve/ JH/ 2/23 on the west coast who has or hasn’t already received their money?

                                  I filed with taxAct which instead goes through republic bank wth a ddd of 2/23. Funds have been sent to Amex but haven’t shown up yet…..

                                    I have serve card but used taxact with Republic bank. My refund has been sent to Amex card, I’m just waiting for serve to post it to my account
