Amex down!

My amex serve card is not letting me purchase. I have my stimmy but amex is not letting log in.

  Serve went sporadically down for me this afternoon ~16:00, and refused to let me check balance or log in. A Chase Bank ATM refused my $500 casj request, but a US Bank ATM let it through. As a side note, neither machine would allow me to check my balance, which I already knew — just wanted to confirm.
