      Has anybody dealt with this company in the past or present? I filed through Jackson Hewitt (used the assisted return, so fees are taken out), and my return was approved on 1/30, with a DDD of 2/4/15 (cycle 20150405). When i called the #, it states that they have received notification of my return, for the date Monday, “01/01/1900,” so, it’s either an error or defaulted to say that, and can take up to 72 hrs to process. Has anybody that dealt with them know how long it takes them to remove the fees, and DD the rest into my account?

                  I’ll update my situation. Around 4:30PM CT, i received my deposit onto my net spend card. So all is right lol!

                    They just updated! Fees are taken out and no more than 24 hours processing.

                      Same here. Same DDD and same exact message. JH and their stupid preferred card have me nervous with all the problems they’ve been having.

                        Hi! I have the same message. I believe we are in the process of receiving our deposits! I have the same ddd, and I am just receiving this message today. Filed JH 1/23 :)
