Has anyone who claimed the American Opportunity Credit received any type of update? Refund? DDD? Transcripts? Message in a bottle from the IRS?

I got my 1098T after I filed and it was more than what I put on my taxes. Will they fix that or settle and I would just have to file a 1040x?

I filed on the 19th accepted 19th I was able to order Account but not Return Transcript BUT IRS website clearly states wait 2-3 weeks after processing and I have read people are receiving blank paper in mail… My bars have not moved from accepted :(

I had the American Opportunity Credit, and actually just had my refund posted today, on SSBBT, I filed with TT on the 11th as well, I think anyone who filed from the 19th-25th is being resequenced through. my BF filed on 23rd no movement was able to order account trans on 29th but have been trying to order return trans with no luck, still processing I would suspect his will see some movement later this week and he will get a ddd Saturday when they update, for the 10th. I have heard the 1098t verification is a rumor and I didn’t have mine on hand and already got my money today Promise.

I was told by the tax advocate that my refund was on hold for one week pending 1098T verification. Then I called after 5 and the IRS agent said she didn’t see anything I’m just waiting to be processed and there were no error or flags

I have not yet and filed 1/18/16 accepted 1/19/16 been on one bar ever since and have not received any letter.
