Ok I already got my federal and my state was approved and issued April 1st still not received any money on my card can anybody tell me the reason for this?

Yeah, same as another that posted on here. First year using Serve, 2/26 DDD, still haven’t received mine either and I have always received it early. This is also the first year where I’ve had any child support being deducted from my tax return too, so I’m not sure how much of a delay this puts on things. Anyone else have experience with this sort of thing? It’s not going to take my entire return, thank God for that. Any advice would be appreciated.

My American Express serve card notified me at 230 that my 2/26 refund was added to my account. Good luck everyone else.

Republic updated fir me about 45 minutes ago. If you have serve check your email this is always the first place to look.

Is Republic Bank the same as American Express serve card?

I feel like calling to tell them my tax refund is approved and ask why my funds aren’t available yet.

I don’t know what’s going with republic bank it seems like everybody that has a ddd of 2/26 got their money but me today and when you call them the woman told me she hadn’t received anything for me from the irs and that if I have a ddd of 2/26 I would see it on 2/26 BS I always get my money early on my serve card this year they are wearing my patience thin.

Ddd 2/26 still no deposit and republic bank states they haven’t received to take fees. Last year we had our refund 2 days early. This year it will probably be on 2/26

That sounds like a jh policy to me.
Especially if you are having fees taken out.

i’ve used the jh serve card for years now and always get my dd 1-2 days earlier than expected. we’re good 🙌

Ddd 2/26.. Fees taken from refund going through Republic. Choose JH for the first and last time lol. Amex serve card. They say it holds federal refunds for 24-48 hours after irs releases. Any truth to this? My state was sent yesterday morning.. Republic got it and within 10 minutes sent to my serve card.

Ok. Yes, yesterday I was able to see my transcript and it shows a DDD of 2/26 like everyone else. I filed my taxes with credit karma. That’s why I selected the the American Express card so I can get my tax refund 2 days early.

Looks like we are all recieving our refunds on the 26th:(

I got that email too I honestly think they were just trying to cover their asses so people wouldn’t start calling every 5 minutes. Lol. I’ve had them for three maybe four years and it’s like clockwork I always get it early. I’m hoping way early lol

My better half filed via Jackson hewitt. He received a letter in the mail saying if you have a prepaid (serve) card the earliest they’ll release is Tuesday. If you have DD the earliest is wednesday. If I could post image I would. He’s used the serve every year and it’s normally a few days early, but I guess this year is different.

I got my ddd yesterday off of my transcript but then this morning my wmr updated and showed 2/26 I checked my serve card nothing year before last I got my taxes in the afternoon on a Saturday

I have Serve and my deposits usually hit 1-2 days before the DDD the irs cites.

I got my 846 code with a DDD of 02/26/2020…so we’ll see how it goes this next week!

Yes, I’m a PATHER. I filed 01/29 and got my 846 code yesterday morning(02/21/2020). My transcripts updated but WMR is still showing a generic processing message.

Filed super late last year (April) and I actually got a DD on a Sunday morning to my AmEx BlueBird card. This year my refund issued says Feb 26 but they usually hit earlier. So Wednesday or sooner 4sho

Transcripts had 846 code and DDD of 2/26. I was hoping Sunday.
Also, did anyone file with tax act?
It asked me if I wanted to set up a prepaid card and forwarded me to am-ex website, where I made an account. So tax act automatically has the account and routing number right?
