amended return

      I had to file an amended return due to the tax lady messing up the 8962 form and somehow charging a penalty, even though we all had insurance and proof of it sent along with the original taxes. The amended return was sent off on 2/14 and received 2/20. Up until yesterday, my transcripts were saying an as of date 3/2 and no additional codes. This morning, the as of date was changed to 3/20 and codes 970/971 were added with 0.00 and the date of 2/20 beside them. I saw what the codes meant.. I just am not sure if it’s typical for those codes to show up that late and don’t know what the as of date means. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!
