Filed and accepted 1/29. N/A for Return Transcript. Account Transcript says no record of return filled? What is going on?

I just checked WMR again, I had checked it earlier in the day and it was the same as always. Now my bars are gone and the message changed to : your tax return its still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. In the past I’ve seem this mean people had error codes or had to ID verify. Still have tax topic 152 and nothing else. This sucks. Although I saw that others had this happen then a few hours later wmr updated with a DDD. I’m not very hopeful that will happen due to my transcripts still being blank.with no return transcript available yet.

Same exact situation here. No letters from the IRS, my account transcript is blank And says no record of return filed. WMR has one bar and tt152. I never updated to path and I have both credits. Filed and accepted 1/29. I truly hope nothing is wrong. It’s been a bad enough wait as it is. The fact that they wouldn’t help over the phone and made you schedule an actual appointment worries me. Hoping for an update in the morning but I have a sinking feeling I won’t get one. And now I can’t call until Tuesday. This is so frustrating.

No. I called Tuesday, after being impatient. She said a letter was sent on 2/12. I haven’t gotten a letter, called again today. So no letter. She suggested I make appt at my local irs office. So I’m going 2/20 at 0930
