Ahhh! I was just able to order my RETURN transcript!

Yes, I YELLED the word RETURN! I never yell online, I promise! I am just so stinkin’ excited! Last Friday, I was not able to order my account transcript till about 2 PM pacific time. I am a weekly. Never did get my account transcript in the mail, BTW.

Just wanted to update! Hoping for PATH Act message Saturday. Maybe I can still get in on the second release?

@The Other Kat, yes that is always a possibility. Sometimes transcripts have ugly little codes on them. I’ve had it happen once (in over 20 years of filing taxes) myself, in fact. However, most of the time, being able to order both transcripts, followed by an update on WMR the next day usually means you are good to go. Letters, bad codes, etc, are the exception to the rule. Do they happen to some people? Yes. Do they happen more often than not? In general, no. Thank you for the information, though. It is always good to be aware of all of the possibilities, just in case.

At least a few of people have reported getting review letters (one, even an audit letter) after being able to order transcripts. Hopefully that doesn’t happen to you of course, but always be prepared for anything and all that.

Congratulations to all who were able to order transcripts!

I believe a lot of the weeklies will see some type of update on WMR tomorrow, depending upon everyone’s various situations; i.e., a PATH Act message for those affected by the new law, a DDD for those who are not, etc..

If you can see a cycle code and it is says 0605, I personally think it means you will probably be in the first disbursement, which should begin in the week starting with 2/13. I think 0705 means you will probably be in on the second disbursement, which starts in the week beginning with 2/20. Of course, no one knows for sure, since this is new to us all.

If you have not been able to order a transcript as of yet, keep trying, as they generally update throughout the day. Good luck and keep us posted!

I filed on 1/23 , got a 4883c letter on 2/6 , called on 2/7 to verify identify , IRS agent told me it would take 9wks to complete processing. I was able to view my transcripts today. Cycle Code : 20170605 ! Finally !! I think I am heading in the correct direction. This has been a long tax season for those of past years. I am hoping to see a change on WMR adding a DDD soon :)

I filed on the feb.1 I think I got accepted on the 1st or 2nd I have eic and ctc…. still on one bar and the 152 message ? Is this bad? I can’t order any transcript with my new address either!

I could finally get mine as well. Filed 1/22 accepted 1/23. But looking at my account transcripts now it says the majority of my refund is being held for review and a partial says it’ll be issued. Called IRS and the lady said she didn’t see anything on her end saying money was being withheld. Said to wait until the 21 days were up and call back if there’s an issue but the transcripts can change. Anyone else see this?

I’m still not able to order return transcripts, however I did talk to an agent who finally took my social and looked me up. She said she didn’t see any weird letters, everything looked good, and no id verify. She also said she sees that it hasn’t posted yet and she can see it should be completed by the 13th, which is 21 days. I wonder if it’s possible to still post today?

Same here but I can’t see them because I’m on my iPhone. Will pull them up at work. Hopefully it’s not bank! Federal accepted 1/23 and state on 1/24. I’m just glad I have the option to see rerun transcript now.

One bar until last Friday when message of tax topic disappeared and it merely has said, “still processing”. Just now ordered online return transcript with new message. There is movement!
