      I know this has been asked an answered but I can’t find it. After verifying info how soon did you get bars back and then DDD date? Agent said he has to say 6-8 weeks but it will probably be sooner. Thanks

          had to do this a few years ago and went threw it all, people blowing up their lines having to wait for hours just to talk to a rep and id every time since their website went down. ended up getting mine back around the middle of september that year, completely forgot about it too until i received a text that money was loaded on to a card. and then i tore the whole house up looking for said card. figured they hit me with an audit and wasnt receiving anything back that year…but yeah it can take ALOT longer than 6-8 weeks

            Thanks. I hope it’s that quick. I wish they’d give you one bar back so you could at least see progress is being made especially after being told everything was fine and processing normally when it wasn’t.

                Hi I am Jessika.
                You will get your bars back only when the DDD is posted. Until then unfortunately the White wall as I call it will remain with the message you see now.
