      I ordered my return transcript for past years with no problem last week, they even came today. I even ordered my account transcript for this year. Now I try to order anything and it tells me my address isn’t on file all of sudden. Help?

            Did you put a different address on your return this year? If so, try that one. Other wise, Google USPS Zip code look up and enter your info there and it will give you the exact format the IRS uses for your address, regardless of what you put on your efile..

            You could also try calling the hotline for transcripts, its a bit easier if you’re having issues with address. Last I knew though this system was down.

              Try calling!! I wasn’t able to for a week and half then I called about 10 mins ago and was able to!!
