      All last week I was not able to order any transcripts and in the past 24 hours it wasn’t let me log in. And finally this morning it allowed me to order my 2015 account transcript.

      So does that mean everything is going in right direction and I should be getting a DDD soon? But I am not able to order my return transcript yet.

      Any light on this situation would be helpful!!

      I filed on the 9th, accepted on the 11th. And today I was able to order my account.

          Since tax season started, I haven’t been able to order my 2015 transcripts. Just tried 5 minutes ago, and its not accepting my old or new address (initially the old address got me to the menu). Any takers on what’s going on? Thanks.

            Well apparently this year you are only able to order them through the mail.

              Am I doing something wrong? When I try to go to IRS to order transcripts it will only let me order them by mail. So I’m just curious how people are ordering them and viewing them.
