Account Disabled?

      Hi all. I filled 1/26 accepted same day still 1 bar.

      When I attempt to log in online to order a transcript it gives me an error that my “account is disabled”. Has anyone received that message? If so what does this mean in regards to a refund? I can call & attempt to order my transcript (which is still not available by the way) with no issue.

          This is a IRS direct number that you can call for a live agent, no long wait time. You’ll only have to wait a minute or 2. Hope this helps you. Same thing happened to me. The Agent updated my info and the next day, I was able to order both transcripts.

            Yup. They disabled my account last year. No matter what I enter or how long I wait, I can’t get in. I have to get them by mail. I don’t know why because I don’t have a pin.

            Furthermore, when they asked me about my CC info, I entered it and they still wouldn’t let me in. IRS said it didn’t match. I don’t know why not because I was looking at my credit report at the time.
