Accepted & Filed 2/8 1 Bar No Transcripts Available

[Texas 2-8]

Hi there, I know its probably been asked before but does anyone fall under the same category as me? I filed on 2/8 accepted same day (a couple of hours) I have been on one bar since that day. I have one child I claimed with Earned Income Credit. I moved to a new address for the year of 2016. I cannot access transcripts. I type in my new address it says “information invalid” but when I type my old address I can log in just not able to pull up 2016 . Anyone in the same situation?

@ Shelli I hope you are right. I’m thinking maybe they have not worked on ours yet. Im just freaking out with the whole ID verify deal. I know someone on another post said they had the same issue as us. And the IRS told them their refund didn’t exist !?! Maybe they just had not worked on it. Hopefully we get looked at tonight, to be able to order transcripts. I know we won’t have a DDD But at least to where we can move on to get the transcripts
Anything would be good at this point.

Same filing date and everything else. 1 bar of wmr topic 152 can’t order trans. No movement, my guess is we get them 2/24
