Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or if something is wrong. Tried calling them and they gave me the 21 day spill.

Single filer, no credits, standard deduct. Accepted 23rd, had one bar for a couple of days now the generic message “still being processed” – Ive never had any problems, first time for everything I guess.

Same here. I filed on 1/20/2017, Federal was accepted 1/23/2017. I have no EIC / CTC, or ACTC. After being accepted I saw a bar. Now I don’t see anything except that it is being processed. No bars.

Always Unhappy at Tax Time :(

I filed 1/13 I finally got accepted on 1/17 and then my bars disappeared on 1/28. I can’t get any of my transcripts from this year. I’m also using a new address this year, but this has never been a problem when I’ve moved in the past. I’m also claiming the eic and actc again this year for the 5th time. Worried because I have the standard “we are processing your return and a date blah blah blah. I’m nervous something is wrong and my bars will not come back. Everybody else is getting the path message and I’m still stuck looking at the standard message. Anyone else going through any similar situations? I forgot to include im also a weekly.

same. a friend with a more complex return wasn’t accepted until 1/25 and received a deposit today. Meanwhile it’s like i’m in outerspace.

Same thing here. I called this morning and they said even thought I got and email and text stating my tax return was accepted by the IRS they did not start processing them until the 24th so I had to wait 21 days from that day. Good to know they are saying it is a glitch

@Kat Just spoke with someone else on the phone, and she said that this appears to be a glitch in their system. She has been getting TONS of phonecalls about it today. It should resolve it within the next couple of days, and if it doesn’t to give them a call back.
