Accepted 1/24. No approval, no status change.

I have been accepted since 1/24 with no changes since then and blank transcripts. My IRS account went from saying my transcripts hadn’t been processed to just showing blank for year 2017.
Anyone else still waiting on an approval? I have no EITC or ACTC

I was finally able to order my return and account transcripts online this morning. My cycle date is 20180605. I have both credits (EIC / ACTC)

I still have no movement. Called the IRS and got the typical “can’t talk to you until day 21” speech.

@Fantasia what she was trying to say is re-sequenced. Basically put back in the pile. She says that cycle codes are different each year so you can’t go by that. Could not tell me how much longer it would take to process since most returns that came in on 1/24 were actually loaded into the system on 1/26. Makes no sense.

Just spoke to someone at the IRS. That is an hour of my life that I will never get back. Was told that the majority of filers on 1/24 were sequenced. That’s all the information she had. Could not give me. Having the money would be nice but that is not my main reason for needing a current account transcript. I can’t order it online and via snail mail is blank. What I don’t understand is if I owe them money they are all about letters, phone calls and harassment but if I call to ask questions about my account it’s like how dare you.

Bars disappeared on 1/27 and got the path act message, been there ever since, and will most likely stay there until 2/17
Was able to order/view online transcripts since 1/29 and they arent blank.

I file taxes & the majority of my clients who were accepted after 01/24 have not seen any movement .

This year is going quite swiftly in my opinion

Received funds: 2/23

Last year went smoothly also
It’s a waiting game and also hard to tell people who have large debts to be patient, but when it does come you’ll see how it was worth the wait 😊

This year I filed (same as last year) 1/24 accepted 1/25 and updated to the system message so things will look up for you all stay positive

I’m in the same boat, filed and accepted the 24th. Still at 1 bar and Return transcript says n/a.

Returns from every state has a processing center who processes their returns. No one knows the staffing, work load or how quickly one center works vs another. Machines may break down, pause, etc… just be patient. If they didn’t select returns to review closer their would be so much fraud they would vote to take away the credits. Just be patient

Happened to me last year. Turns out they selected random returns for review.. Nothing changed , just took me longer to receive my funds..

i was accepted on 1/29 and approved 2/2/18 for ddd of 2/7 no eitc or actc
goodluck. things are going fast so i think you will see an update very soon

agreed. ridiculous! I have no offsets or anything out of the ordinary. It’s never taken this long.

Im in the same boat, its annoying to see people that were accepted after the 24th being approved already. This makes no sense how they do things. All returns should be processed in the order they are received.
