Filed 1/18 through TT. Accepted 1/19. Only Wage & Income and Account transcripts populated, but showing no record of return filed. I have no EIC or ACTC. I’m a weekly update. Only thing that updated on 2/2 was my as of date changed from 2/12 to 2/19. That means my next update won’t be until 2/9, which is day 21. What is the likelihood of my return being fully processed and an 846 code by then? Either way, my refund is surely going to be beyond 21 days. I’ve never had any kind of delays in the past, and usually get my return within 14-18 days. Based on prior years, I was expecting it on 2/7.

Updates occur throughout the morning, and I have personally seen it continue to populate throughout the day in the past.

@Buttercup Not sure if I got 2 or caught it in the middle of the update. Not sure how that works. Definitely no Ddd this morning, then later it was there.

I could see my transcripts yesterday, finally, but they also said “no return filed.” Seems like we are seeing similar timing, but so frustrating.

Finally showing all 4 transcripts. Top 2 are complete and showing refund. Bottom 2 still show no return filed. Guessing that means no DDD for next week AGAIN. Slowwww this year.

@Scotty, can you post the reference on when the 21 days start. All I have found is that it starts when it is accepted. i cannot find an exception for being accepted before the official opening date.

                      From Turbo Tax:
Once your return is accepted, you are on the IRS’ refund timetable.
The IRS typically issues refunds in less than 21 days after your e-filed return is accepted.

Just a fyi your 21 days doesn’t start until the irs officially starts processing returns which was the 29th of January doesn’t matter if you were accepted earlier than that which is why you have a as of date of 2/19 because that would be the 21 day mark they should have it processed by and if not it will update with a later as of date.

I was accepted 1/23 have had no movement. Nothing bad literally hasn’t done anything but been accepted. No eic or anything that would make it path.

Same – filed 1/18, accepted 1/19. Used Turbo Tax. I am a weekly and have no extra things like EITC. No update and it looks like I will push past 21 days. Have always been deposited around 2/7.

I am in the same situation. Filed and accepted 1/19. As of date keeps moving. Went to 1/26 on Friday. Not sure why.
