I was accepted 1/15, been stuck on 9001 screen for weeks. I’m getting worried. Anyone else?

I did end up calling as well. She did look into my return and was super nice. She said everything looked normal and even put me on hold while she looked it over. She said to just keep looking for an update as none of the returns started processing until the 28th, no matter how early we filed.

Hey I filed on 1/14 it was accepted on 1/15 then following week I got the 9001 error message it was stuck until this weekend on 2/2 it updated to accepted and my return will here Wed 2/6 I guess I was a weekly update

I called the IRS today, mentioned code 9001. She gave me the general I cannot check your account until three weeks from the 28th has elapsed, so check back around February 18th if there are no updates :/

What’s the number for the verification line? Is it automated or would I have to wait til Monday to call?

Same here. Filed and accepted with 1 bar since 1/15 changed to 9001. Two days later. …Account transcripts show no return filed all zeros . I pulled that up Friday morning. No update Saturday. And I’m weekly. Still waiting

Same same for me! Filed 1/16, accepted the next day. Wmr with 1 bar, on the 17th and then 9001 ever since then! Let me know if anyone else gets an answer.

It was the same for me, until yesterday my return didn’t exist on WMR. Filed 1/4 accepted 1/15 updated today, my refund is supposed to be deposited the 6th

Im in the same boat i filed 1/2/19 with freetaxusa same software i use every year simple return same job no credits claimed got a email on 1/14/19 that my tax return had been accepted by the irs it was processing the first 2 days and on 1/16/19 the bars disappeared and i got the 9001 code along with tax topic 152 and its been like that since then no updates on wmr i do know im a weekly so i was hoping for change this morning but no such luck as of yet. Ive been seeing alot of people who filed around the same time as me that got into the test batches who have already received their refunds so i called the irs on monday 1/28/19 just to check on my return and was told they dont have it on file and to check with my filing company to see if it had been resubmitted or not submitted at all but im positive it was because i was able to check it on wmr so im a little confused as to what is going on it didnt make sense on their end i havent tried to order transcripts or anything im just going to wait and see what happens and if nothing changes ill be calling again on monday but to all those that still have the 9001 code like me i do know there is two updates that happen on Saturday for weeklys so if yours didnt update overnight the next update is between 9pm and midnight est i live in california so im on pacific time so that would be between 6pm and 9pm my time hopefully we get a update tonight lets keep each other posted
