      If I have kids but I dont claim them as dependents on taxes do they still get stimulus checks they draw ssi they are 8 and 10 if that helps but I did not make enough to claim the eic or actc do they still get the 1400 a piece

          Whoever claims them on their taxes would receive the stimulus for them. If, for some reason, no one has claimed them, I don’t believe any stimulus would be sent for them.
          I guess you may have to wait till you file next year and add them as dependents and claim the recovery rebate to get the 3rd stimulus that way? Kind of an unusual situation though so this is just speculation.

            Hi there!
            You have children, yet do not claim them as dependents? Who does? Whomever claims them as a dependent will get the monies, even if they are drawing SSI.
