F**ck , can finally order one of my transcripts and it happens to be by mail , I still get locked out trying to order them online. The governmental catch is that the address I have to enter to order my transcript by mail is my old address, even though my new and current address is clearly stated on my 2016 tax return. Glad the IRS has a twitter but maybe they should work on getting out of the stone ages and be able to keep people up to date with their tax refund status. I have been in the dark for 13 days just a simple return no credits, any insight. Thanks

Welp, spent a lovely morning listening to IRS waiting music and talking to the temps, man the IRS is special but they said I have no holds/offsets etc. so my return should process, don’t really believe her but I have to at this point.

          Filed 2/2
          Accepted 2/2
          NO updates what so ever
          No credits

Brother filed same day and received his federal refund yesterday morning , same workplace …..

Thanks for the reply, I am guessing I have an offset of some sort , despite no mail or e-mail or anything on the hotline, guess I will try and grill a temp tommorow. Any idea how long a return will be processed if an offset is in the works?

Do state refunds need to be processed before Federal funds are released ?

I have a SBTP account with my expected refund amount, this mean anything?
