What’s the difference: some people are getting a 846 on their transcript with and amount next to it (their refund) and some with a $0.00 next to it?

      What’ should I see?

Is the date listed the date the money should be in my bank?

Sounds like you had an offset and they took your whole refund. Call the offset line. Sorry…

The date next to the 846 code IS your ddd and the one WMR will show the following day. Your refund will be deposited By that date.
The $ amount is the amount they will deposit. If it’s $0 then there was an offset and nothing will come to you. So you don’t want to see zero. I dont know where these other 2 got their info from lol.

Date issued will be the date they issue the refund. Last year mine was issued the 22nd filed with TT and recieved the money on the 23rd. So whatever the transcript says for issue date is when they will send it out. Now if you are paying with refund for filing then it will set you back a day.

846 is the refund issued code. and the amount next to it. No the date is not a Direct Deposit Date but more of an internal processing date. Your DDD will be on WMR.
