846 Refund Issued 03-02-2015

My refund was sent Feb 24th said if I do n pot receive by March 24th to call. I’ve Called to only get machines that can’t answer my questions

My ddd was 2/17/15 now my tax preparer is saying 2/24/15 how did Presidents Day mess that up for the refunds to come later

So this morning my bars have magically reappeared and provided DDD 02/19… I am so happy!!! Finally the wait is over… I filed/accepted 1/21.

@Joy – 846 with 03/02 date just gives them time to process your return. YOU should be getting a DDD the same as I!

Update: Now, WMR on the website (not mobile app) has the following status for me:

“Your tax refund is scheduled to be mailed by February 23, 2015. If you do not receive the refund by March 23, 2015, please contact us again. We are unable to take any action until then.”

I have CYCLE 20150505 and 846 Refund issued DATE 03-02-2015 on my transcripts.

Christy, It seems that if you go under review & have a refund in excess of $10k they mail a paper check. If last year is any indication, I expect to see the check in my mailbox on February 24, 2015.

Jimmy, I am in a similar situation. Large refund and they said I can not get it dd. Why? I aslo wanted it dd and have the 846 date of 3/2. Whars the reason?

Looks like everyone with 20150605 has that date beside it. It’s the 21 days is what I’ve been told. Don’t worry. We should hopefully get a ddd date tomorrow.

But why am I getting 846 with date saying 3-2-15 but I’m getting 0605 in the cycle column which I have read is a Wednesday deposit. I don’t understand where 3-2 plays a roll? I have no offsets. Anybody?

My transcripts have also been updated with 846 code and 3-02-15 date… It is such a relief to finally see a change on my return… I’ve missing bars since 1/31… And still missing now but my transcripts have been updated as of last night with the 846 info… Filed/Accepted 1/21 and also had cycle code 20150405. I did have an offset on my account but that isn’t the reason for the long delay. I switched primary between my husband and I and it caused it so yeah KEEP THE FAITH people it will come!!

I have read some posts that say transcript date is fact and I can count on that where as others say this can change.

I am anxious to know as I have been out of work and have some bills to cover.

I filed my taxes on 2/4/15 and it was approved on 2/4/15.

WMR states … refund is processing … date will post as soon as one is available.

Transcript date was 20150604. Code 846

Refund posted at 9:14pm today (2/13/14) on my existing NETSPEND card.

WMR states my dd date is 2/18/2014 … I got it way early.

I thought it would be helpful to share my experience from last year & compare to this year. Both years I have gone into additional review with the 570 & 971 codes. This is nothing to worry about and occurs with many tax returns. Our refund (married filing joint) for both years has been in excess of $25k and I have both ordinary income and business income/loss. Last year this is what showed up on the transcript (I’m leaving the amounts out):
I filed last year’s return on February 12, 2014 electronically and it was accepted same day.

**Last year I received a paper check in the mail (even though I had elected direct deposit) on March 18, 2014 even though the transcript said refund issued on March 24, 2014.

This year I filed the return on January 21, 2015 electronically and it was accepted same day. Here is what is on my transcript today (Feb. 13, 2015)

Even though I elected direct deposit this year again, based on last year I expect to see a paper check on or about February 24, 2015 or a direct deposit prior to that. I will update what happens.

But what is the 03-02-2015 in the “Date” column mean vs teh 20150605 in the “Cycle” column???

Does anyone here have an update for their cycle code 2015064? Did you get a DDD of 2/17/15?

I also have the 846 refund issued code with the date 3/2/15.. I don’t think it means what everyone else’s means because my cycle code is 20150505. My WMR hasn’t updated so I’m not sure when it’s set to be deposited. I just want to know already the wait has been long enough!!!

No update in WMR, but my transcript showed up online this morning with code 20150604.

From what I understand that means DDD should be next Tuesday.

I got the same this morning. I was accepted 2/3, I had one bar and it was all missing as of yesterday. Was able to get transcripts today with cycle date 20150604, 846 Refund issued. I believe that’s a DDD of 02/17/2015 – Hopefully WMR updates tonight.

I filed on the 30th of january, this morning 2/12/20125 I was finally able to access my transcripts, it says the same thing as yours sleepy. wonder if it will take that long or they will come earlier than march 2nd. I have never had to wait this long before, so crazy.

846 is just the code for refund issued. That’s definitely what you want to see!!

I’m pretty sure that’s Tuesday. I’m not sure what their schedule will be like with the Monday holiday, their giving people Monday DDD’s though and that number is 20150603. (Presidents Day thee stupidest federal holiday in my opinion! I’ll admit I’m just bitter because it falls right smack in the middle of all of our refund process…LOL)
