My transcripts updated last week for a refund date(846) of 2/22/21. So I am waiting for tomorrow to see what happens.
Second has anyone gotten an error message when they try to log into SBTPG? Ive emailed 3 times (the last time I attached a screenshot of the error)
They keep saying its because they are updating??

Itll show up tomorrow. SBTPG always hangs on to ur deposit til day before or 2 days before DDD. They received ur deposit last Wednesday. My DDD is 2/23 and I didnt go thru SBTPG this year or last year because of them holding it I received my deposit 2/18 @ 3pm. DDD 2/23. What I say is true. They haven’t money and are holding it til today or tomorrow.

Hi so I just now was able to log into STBG and it just shows the full green circle and expected amount doesn’t show anything has been received by the IRS but my mother received her refund the 19th and it shows they never received hers either but obviously they have it’s weird

I can log in but it just says not received. I can’t look at transcripts

This is an issue with them every year. Several posters have not been able to log on either. Have you tried calling the automated system and see what it says? Several posters on another thread did that when they couldn’t log in.

Call the 800 number and navigate through the automated stuff. You should get your information. Mine says direct deposit on the 22nd. I’m using FCU so mine will take a while I’m sure.

Past experience with them they sometimes release them the day of. Depends on your bank when it will post along with what time it’s sent via electronically

Same thing here, I was able to log in until Friday and have had an error message since then, I have also emailed them a few times they say the same thing about updating.

No info found on SBBT website here to. They told me a week ago about 5 days prior to the deposit we would be able to login and see. Last year I took the advance as well and could see everything from the time I had the advance. *shrugs* ill see on the 24th if I get paid or not I guess.
