I was filed and was accepted on the 25th. My transcripts showed up this morning with all the info, account and refund transcripts have 846 with full amount. WMR just now updated to DD 2/7 and still shows full amount. But they added a tax topic 203 note. From everything I see I am getting the whole amount, has anyone seen this before? Thanks

Your transcripts have an 846 code and the full refund amount is showing on transcripts and wmr?

Yes I got the 203 code , but seen nothing on my transcripts or no federal debt showing when i called .

Then i started digging and I see where unemployment says I owed them 449 from 2012 so they are taking it out of my refund this year.

                I double checked, I have codes 150 – return filed. 806 – w2. and 846 – full amount.

This is what they added to WMR.

                Please Note:
Your refund may be reduced to pay a past due obligation such as child support, another federal agency debt, or state income tax. If this applies to you, the Bureau of the Fiscal Service (BFS), who issues IRS refunds, will send you a notice informing you of any offset they have made. The details of the debt are not provided to the IRS. Please do not call us to inquire about the details because we will not be able to answer your questions. Instead, direct any questions you have about the offset or debt to the agency identified on the notice.
