Just making sure everyone who still doesn’t know what their ddd is can see this post. This year sucks for many. I’ve never waited this long before. I know last year we got our refund before Feb 14th and took a surprise vacation with my then 2 month old baby. First trip on a plane to see grandma and surprise her!

We had a blast. Spent too much money but had a great time!

I’m so sorry! I’d call back Monday and mention an issue with your state return and ask them to make sure direct deposit isn’t messed up on your federal return as well. I did that and they put me on hold for a minute, then said problem it’ll be deposited the 23rd.

Waited over 45 mins and got zip again. At least the lady was pleasant, but she just said that WMR will be updated tomorrow. I asked was, it going to update between 12 and 3 or 3 and 6 and she said that she didn’t know what time they update. I think that I know more about taxes and the process than these people.

Spoke with a nice lady she said everything thing was fine finished processing but wouldn’t give me a ddd she said my tax preparer should have my ddd

I was gonna call back and try again but it was after 7 by the time I got off the with the first agent

I sure lied and said my state return cameras a paper check and asked if they saw a Direct Deposit or paper check. “your ddd is the 23rd”

I tried earlier today and got no where. The guy didn’t even take my info. Just told me “Good news ! There will be an update tonight”. Yeah. Great news. Thanks for nothing. I am trying to sneak in before 7 when they close. I just want a date, I don’t even care if it is next week. Glad some of you are moving along. :)

I ended up getting a business call and had to hang up, but I called back and waited about 48 minutes, but I got a real nice guy who said I have a scheduled Direct Deposit for 2/23!

It says it can’t take calls at that extension I think we broke it..

Thank you for the info called in and finally spoke to someone who knew what they were doing and they told me do the 23rd huge difference from what I was told this morning

Called the number spoke with a nice lady who said my taxes been sent to another department for a correction. Then perfected and back in for manual review. The amount hasn’t change and she said everything looked good. So looks like I won’t get an update today like the rest of y’all. Makes for a long holiday weekend.

Anyone else have this problem or know how this might take. My account transcript has as of 3/6/17 on though so I don’t know. Never happen to me before

So at this number you can get better info than the 1040 one?
