Hello everyone. I usually lurk but I have to vent. This year has been ridiculous.
My husband got the letter dated 2/13.
Filed early Jan and accepted 1/27.
WMR has said “we have received your refund and it is being processed” for weeks.
Unable to check transcripts.
Called last week and was given the typical bullsh*t explanation.
Anyone else with a letter dated in Feb?
Who typically updates overnight on a Tuesday? Are weekly’s updated Tuesday nights and Friday nights?

You aren’t alone. Try ordering your transcripts..it might at least give you an idea of the codes on there. Most likely your cycle code is 20200705 like most early filers and you seem to have fallen into the pit with the rest of us. Weeklies update on Thursday…transcripts Friday..more than likely you’re a weekly. Wmr updates Saturday.
