60 day review insight..

      So I called finally and the lady told me I was randomly selected for the 60 day review. Everything was good to go on my end… it was just random.My 60 days began as of 2-20-20. She told me there was no guarantee it would take the whole 60 days it could change at any time. That being said… is the 60 day review for real or is it just a bullshit story because they got behind.

      Has anyone gotten a refund back yet after being told they are being reviewed? Any info would be great

            Im not sure if it will be that quick, but you never know! I’ve heard many people don’t get an update on WMR, then they check their bank account and surprise! Good luck to you :-)

              Same here, filed & accepted 2/5 with eict & actc (like I do every year!). When I called last week, she told me I was on a 60 day review. Something about verifying the child tax credit – for the child I’ve claimed the past 16 years. Didn’t get my 4464c letter until last Thursday. Transcripts show a date of 3/16, but I’m not sure exactly what that means.

              She did make it a point to say that it rarely takes the 60 days, but it still sucks.

                @RT , ive noticed DDD come out saturdays on wmr . So check then and hopefully next batch next week youll get yours

                  Even though it’s the 2nd do y’all think there’s a chance I Get mine on the 4th? Or maybe a ddd finally?

                    I got 5 letters in Feburary saying i had a 60 day review. On saturday i got a DDD for march 4th. I think it is random amd hopefully your taxes were done correctly amd your employers sent in their stuff . Good luck and dont worry.

                      Yes, my friend got a letter dated February 15th but will get her refund this Wednesday. I think they’re behind. Because I got the sane letter with the same date but still processing so idk😑

                        Yeah I haven’t gotten a letter or ddd yet. Last year I never got one until my money had already hit

                          Same story for me…i think we were all actually put under review but I do think it was just a cover in case they didn’t get to it in time. A lot of people under review got ddd of 3/4 so I think they are getting to us little by little. I really don’t think it’s going to take the full 60 days unless there is something wrong. My review started 2/10….no letter yet.
