So I’m a PATHer. Filed and accepted 1/14, went through the normal updates as most everyone else (accepted, path message, we have received your refund and it’s being processed) however when everyone else got there ddd dates on transcripts, then WMR updates for everyone I did not move at all. I finally got access to my transcripts and saw the 570 for this years, a long with the letter issued under it. The second year I’ve got this, but last year I know it was because my shady ex employer didn’t report my wages. I’m still fighting with that. This year though should have been no issue, I worked for one employer all year who happens to be a very well known company, & they reported my income this year, and I claimed my son that I’ve claimed for years. Pretty clean cut and simple. So I’m racking my brain of what it could be. This is first year I have access to transcripts, but nothing is very telling. I’m mortified cause I really need the money like most people. To buy a car and pay bills. 😔 Any thoughts or ideas. Scared I won’t get refund for months. Really wish the irs was better at handling this kind of stuff and working with the tax payer to solve the issue. I talked to a really helpful lady at IRS who said she sees everything and it looks fine. She was telling me that maybe because I filed early wal mart hadn’t reported my wages yet. She gave me some hope, but I’m still pretty stressed.

My self employment was put in to SSA from IRS, but I believe my part time employer hasn’t submitted w2 to ssa

I got the 570 last year, and it sat for almost a month before a notice arrived. The generic notice only stated my return required additional time to process.
I waited a week, and then checked our wages on SSA. One of my W2s hadn’t been reported, so I contacted that employer to inform them. Within two days of the W2 being reported my refund was approved with a DDD.
