570/971 Codes on Transcript – Do I need to do anything?

After weeks of no movement today I have an update finally on my transcript.

shows code 150 with 4/26/2021 as transaction date
code 570 action pending and 971 notice issued both dated 4/26/2021

I’ve tried to look through older post about this but it’s hard to tell if I have to wait for a letter to sign and return or if people don’t have to do anything and will eventually get a DDD code 846.

Has anyone received a DDD or their refund after getting these codes or did you have to send something back to the IRS?

  I’ve had the codes since 3/4 and I’m still waiting. I got a CP05 letter and it told me to do nothing and that I’m under a 60 day review.

  This year my 570/971 lasted 1 week (I’m weekly) last year however turned into audit in October. Still waiting.
