This is my second year getting this notice, anybody else get one this year?

Update… still have not received my refund. I did however receive another letter, CP05A, requesting I wait another 60 days. I have called several times and get so many different answers I don’t even know what to believe. I see everything on my transcripts except 1 of my w2s. I asked the IRS how long does it usually take for them to see a w2 since that’s literally where my employer is supposed to send it, most of the IRS employees said they should see it right away.
Yesterday I called and spoke with a live person who was helpful. She let me know that my issue was I was rejected 3 times before it was finally approved. I was having issues with my security pins that my husband and I need to put in to file our taxes.
She notes our account and told my it could take up to 120 days to fix. This morning I woke up to a DDD of 3/4. I am not sure if her noting my account helped but I am grateful I called.

I called the tax advocate because of I too am experiencing financial hardship and was relying on these taxes for several things. They basically told me that the letter says 60 days but there wasn’t anything they could until 120 days has past. So even though the letter states 60 they have 120 days and tax advocate will not help until that time is up.
I also just received this 4464c letter on feb 20, I filed on the 7th on February. This is the first time seeing anything like this. I am now sucked into this loop hole of researching how long it takes to get your refund after receiving this notice. It looks like there is no definitive answer. LITERALLY everyone says something different ranging from 2 weeks to an entire year.
Also I am a weekly so I won’t get an update until either Friday sometimes Saturday morning.
This is my message as of right now.
