3rd party banks receiving stimulus

Has anyone received their stimulus that had their refund fees automatically deducted from that refund? I use Turbo Tax and have always had my fees taken out with my return, and therefor have my money shunted through a third party bank –SBTPG in my case. SBTPG has a message up warning people of closed accounts and any attempts and deposting money through these old accounts will be rejected. This would indicate that millions of people are going to be relying on a paper check for Stimulus payment 2 even if a direct deposit was refund for Stimulus 1.

I think from what I’m reading under the other topics and on the sbptg website that they are working on a fix for this by next week and will be sending deposits
