3/20 filer

Filed with taxact on 3/20 accepted 20min later, week later bars disappeared and wmr said return is still processing a refund date will be provided when available still to this day it’s like that, I have called numerous times, after 21 days, after the 10 weeks and just recently I called and TA said must wait additional 8 weeks because it just came our of errors, checked my transcript today and I have all of them with ddd of 7/21, but wmr says still processing. I filed hoh with 1 dependent, unemployment income and used the look back 2019 earned income. And I also checked ctc portal and it says my payment was processed on 7/15 mailed check or debit card, which shouldn’t be cause I have a fully processed 2019 tax return with accurate bank info. All I can say is the irs is totally messed up this year! My 2020 tax refund is with chime, 2019 is paypal still use both. So it shouldn’t be getting mailed.
