I did my taxes on February 8,2017 at 2:45pm I keep checking my WMR and it’s still saying it’s been received and being processed.. Why is it taking so long.. It’s now 20 days no letter nothing .. I’m hope everything turns out right .. I got bills lord hope everyone get there’s…

I filed on 2/4 and finally got a date 2 days ago that it was deposited for today (which is was) I had an offset as well and received the remaining balance. But my Bf filed the same day and his is still “Processing” and no letter was received in the mail. I am going to ask him to call today and see what’s going on. I wonder if it was for insurance as well since he had a gap as well. I think its ridiculous to pay a penalty because your employer required a 30-90 day wait period for benefits. But we shall see!

filed through TT, accepted on January 23rd, PATH showed up a week later no refund amount only tax year ending December 31, 2016, and tax topic 152, last week we have received you return and it is being processed with the refund amount back up showing on the left. No movement since.

Just got off the phone with the IRS. They have to send a letter for me to verify identity. Why has it taken this long for them to discover that and why did it take me calling for them to put me on hold so they could send this letter? This sucks big time.

I live in South Carolina and woke up to a DDD of the 23rd today. My taxes were accepted on Jan 30th. My bar disappeared for a week and it said processing as of yesterday. Now today my bars are back with a DDD….Hope this helps..

Filed 2/3. Accepted 2/3. Same BS path message the entire time. 2/15 it updated to the “processing” message. I ordered both sets of transcripts and every thing looks fine. My cycle date says 20170605. Does anyone know what that means?

Mine said the same thing bars disappeared and I didn’t have a tax topic. Filed 1/23. I finally called last Monday and was told I had to ID verify.

Finally!! Woke up to a DDD of 2/23!! Woooh! I’m in Cali as well, maybe that does matter? You’ll see an update soon my fellow frustrated Americans!!!

Also, don’t be worried about the bars. My bars disappeared for about a week and just said still processing. But, I did my kids daddy taxes the same day as mine and his had bars saying still processing the entire time. But our DDD date is the same as this morning! So, I don’t think it’s a big deal with or without bars. We both still got the same status at the end! “Just my opinion”

I just checked my refund status.I filed Feb 4, accepted Feb 4. I claimed IEC And mine was saying still processing from Feb 6 to Feb 17. But, mine now saying approved and it should be deposited in my account by Feb 23. No later than the Feb 28. The IRS updated their where’s my refund system through the middle of the night. So, I’m sure things should change for others. Don’t be discouraged. It’s coming!

Yeah, i’ve still got the return being processed message. I filed 1/31 with an acceptance date of the same with AITC.

Filed 1/30 accepted 1/30. Path act from the 4tg to the 27th. Then back to still processing.

Hey guys, I just got an approval message with a delivery date of the 23rd. I claimed kids and business losses so you guys should be fine. I claimed maybe about 2 days earlier than most of you so you should def see an update no later than Tuesday. Times are hard. Hang in there!

Same thing… I’ve had no bars for almost 2 weeks now and it just says it’s processing. Ordered transcripts and everything looks fine and yet I still can’t get an update from WMR.

I feel like everyone else woke up to a DDD this morning…..

Unless there is specific information to contact the IRS there’s usually nothing to worry about. Still processing is nothing more than what it says. The bars disappear until your refund is approved and then they will show back up. It can take up to 21 days. If it hasn’t been 21 days there’s no need to call them unless it says to. They will not tell you anything until the 21 days have passed. Just sit tight it’s coming.

@CARMELPOP: I don’t think so. I’m located in Northern CA. Check your transcripts. I was at the processing message even though my transcript had the 846 code. WMR updated this morning and that’s when I got my 2nd bar. Filed 2/4 accepted the same day. I claimed both credits and have a DDD of 2/23. Good luck to you!

Filed on the 23rd accepted 23rd no bars till 2 weeks ago then after 2 days bars disappear and this stupid processing message on there since then. Got letter 12c about marketplace on the 29th asking for 1095a and a complete 8962 .informed them I didn’t have insurance or the 1095a , and sent in a 8965 exemption form overnight with delivery confirmation the very next morning because I didn’t make enough to have to get insurance according to the IRS so I don’t even know why the long wait and the confusion with such a simple fukin return that they’ve had o month to chew on.
Had both child credits and eic. btw
Gonna call Monday in the am again and if I get the standard runaround I’ve been getting up to this point, I’m getting a tax advocate to handle this bs.
