      State of IL Filers – Anybody have luck with the comptroller or processing DDD payment?

      I called a few agents today and they all said “end of February, early March” due to new fraud security protocols.

      I filed for myself and relatives

      Filed 1/26 via HRB and IL Accepted 2/12
      Filed 2/8 via HRB and IL Accepted 2/16

      *The last 4 years payments have been Wed/Tues/Wed/Tues/hoping Wed for 2015???

      Anyone get updated???

            I checked the IL e-service website – said 3/5
            I checked comptroller – said 3/5

            Money DD in my account this morning 3/5.

              i was accepted on the 20th for illinois ,so im going on day 16 with it processing,ugh ,my federal was accepted on 2/3 ,got resequenced for the 9th,and still processing,i cant seem to get anything lol. Well ,i did get 23 dollars from missouri.

                This morning 3/4 around 9am CST, I found 2 updates –

                1. My IL Tax – balance was set to 0 (after it had been in negative for a week or 2)
                2. IL e-services website stated –
                Your return has been processed; however a date for your refund has not been determined. If you filed electronically please check back with us in a few days. However, if you mailed your return, please check back in two weeks.

                  Team – another user posted on a different thread with an update that he was paid today!!!

                  He filed – 1/20
                  Accepted – 2/3
                  DDD – 3/3

                  His response below-

                  I was accepted on the 3rd (filed on 1/20) and my IL refund hit my bank this morning.

                    Team,

                    I checked this morning and I have the same info:

                    MyILTax – negative balance
                    Refund site – shows processing
                    Comptroller – haven’t processed yet.

                    *The last 4 years DDD was in my account on Wed/Tues so I’m hoping for that!!!

                    I agree, I talked to another rep and they said it was taking longer than anticipated as well.

                      IL site says my refund has been processed but they dont have a ddd date for me yet.
                      Comptroller site says still processing.

                        Any luck yet? I filed for myself and for my wife. I always file through MyTaxIL because it’s free and easy. Both were submitted on Feb 17th and accepted on Feb 19th.

                        For me:
                        MyTaxIl – zero balance
                        Comptroller – still processing
                        IL eservices – still processing

                        My wife:
                        MyTaxIL – negative balance (has been this way for a week)
                        Comptroller – not processed
                        IL eservices – We are unable to proceed with your request for refund status information. Please call 1 800 732-8866 for a detailed explanation. A representative is available to assist you between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

                          Fingers crossed! I’m in the same boat now as well.

                          My IL Tax – shows negative balance

                          IL site showed a while back that it was processing.

                          Comptroller site – shows it hasn’t been processed yet.

                          I’m hoping those sites just haven’t been updated and we get DD tomorrow, I think last batch of IL refunds went out last Friday.

                            I still do not have a ddd. When I go to the refund checker it says still processing. If I login to MYIllinois tax website it shows my refund is done and i can see the negative balance and view my return. Hopefully refunds will be sent out soon since they have completed some returns. Was supposed to take an extra week, been an extra 3 weeks more like.
