      Just curious how many others had a 203 offset from the State of Illinois? They had sent me a letter saying i owed $120 from an over payment. The last notice I recieved was wanting $180. I figured I would just let them take it out of my tax return no big deal. The dirty bastards ended up taking $600 from me! what a bunch of crooks! I know they are hurting for money but come on already. How can they justify that? How many others are there? I guess I have to wait for my receipt in the mail before I can do anything? any advice would be appreciated
