2020 tax refund

My taxes were filed electronically at the end of February (a week after my sister filed her taxes). My sister and her spouse received their refund within two weeks, yet my wife and I have not received ours. Both were filed electronically, both were set up for direct deposit. When I check the ‘Where’s my Refund site’ all it says is that it is being processed.

I called today and they told me that they are able to confirm that my paperwork (8962 and 1095A) were received. They let me know to allow a little more time to process the forms but that someone had it and was working on it. My WMR tool and transcripts have yet to update but just knowing that they actually have my paperwork is a small victory for me. After having no information for so long its a total relief that they are working on it. Fingers crossed that it will not be to much longer.

Filed late Jan, accepted Feb 11th, mailed in my 8962 and 1095A March. Still sitting at processing on WMR and no transcripts. My as of date is 3-15-2021 for my stimulus payment, which did go into the bank account that I filed my taxes with this year. When I reconciled I am actually getting a refund on what I paid for the marketplace insurance so not sure if that makes a difference in refund time. Irs cant tell me anything when I call.

Accepted Fed 11th, received letter about 8962, faxes nack same day March 19th. As of Date stuck on April 26th. Still processing, tax topic 152 this is crazy
