When irs told me that the reason of the still processing message was because my refund is going into a 45 day review with no action necessary thus the cp05 notice. So to wait till 3/13 to see what goes from there fmllllllllll… That’s cause I have MS no insurance and my meds are running out!! And well I’m that percent stuck in the bracket where they thing $12 an hour feeds me and my three kids smh welp… To play the waiting games and that’s what I get for asking to help me with patience haha he sure showed me lol… Good luck!

Cp05 vs 4464c . Cp letter said refund HELD and I should get refund or another letter.. 4464 says UNDER REVIEW and review will be finished before 60 days , that it will say refund approved , refund denied no more letters. Though I have not finished the 4464 days yet , I assume that the 4464 is little faster do to not getting another letter.. I’ll find out more and post

. After I faxed those over I finally got my refund ( end of June ) .. fast forward this year and I got the 4464c letter that says I should have no later than 60 days.. so cp05 vs 4464c letters ( both still sick)

Last year I got the cp05 letter , after my 45 days I got another letter stating the same thing.. after the 2nd notice I called the IRS I finally got a lady who was willing to help and put in a referral for a tax advocate. Said wait 5 days for a callback it was more like 10 days but I did get a call from a tax advocate, she asked if I had my paycheck stubs and to fax it to her.
