2017 now says n/a??

Why would My 2017 be n/a?? They sent me paperwork to fill out that I didn’t get the eic credit for 2018 so I filled it out and sent it and now my transcript updated for 2017 saying n/a when it should be 2018 they look at.

Any ideas?

  They are reviewing your information or “auditing” from my experience. Mine stayed that way until this morning when I had an 846 on 2018.
  
  If any information is different than the prior year than it will pull it for review. When I called the irs they said that process takes 2-3 weeks. As long as I get my refund on 03/13/2019 then it was 3 weeks exactly.
  
  Mine was pulled because the primary and secondary SSN when filed was in opposite order of prior year.. unbelievably annoying.
