      This is my first year filing joint and injured spouse….. From what I’m reading… I’m starting to wish I hadn’t. I filed on January 29th and have received a small state refund already…. I’m starting to wonder about my federal now…..lol

          I filed over 11 weeks ago, and don’t even have any updates. Talked to the IRS this morning and they said they haven’t even touched my case yet. -_-

            by everything i’ve found about the topic….it’ll take 10-12 weeks to get your federal refund. Apparently some ppl have gotten theirs sooner, but that is rare. Expect a 10-12 week delivery and just hope for a nice surprise.
