I have a 203 from DOE. My DD was 2/27. Wmr says sent and full refund amt is still showing on wmr. I called the IRS today and the rep told me my refund was sent to Green Dot Bank w/acct number ending in 3903. This is the same bank as SBTPG. My funds aren’t showing tho yet there. Is it possible it’s not being offset. Is there a way to get a live person at that bank?

I had the same situation last year. Was supposed to be offset but ended up getting entire refund. Now this year i have been offset for what they was supposed to take last year! Im going to fill out a irs form 911 to get a tax advocate. Also calling bfs on monday to see why it was reversed last year and taken this year!?

if the DDD was for 2/27, why will it now be 3/4 for ya’ll? Was it a glitch, or is it that the tt203 causes a 5 day delay in receipt of refund (if any)

Ya my whole refund was supposed to be taken per the offset line. But apparently I had the same offset code last year and got my whole refund. My debt is from ITT tech as well so after all this is done I have to see if I can get them erased since ITT closed. But I can’t get a live person at the bank to ask. So I guess sill just keep checking and hope it’s there by the 4th.

I guess it depends on your offset. If it’s less then your total refund amount, you will get the remainder. If the offset is more then your refund, you won’t get any (I know…. stating the obvious😂). The rest depends on how fast your bank processes your refund.

From what you stated, it sounds like you are getting something. I’d call to speak to someone at the banking institution.
