Filed and accepted 2/23 approved 2/28 for DDD of 3/11. I also filed EITC/CCC. SBTPG Received money 3/10 and paid fees ~12am. Navy Federal did not show a DD pending, but I received a deposit 3/11 at exactly 12am. So once TPG pays the fees, the money should be there no later than the DDD. If your bank shows pending call the bank to release the funds. Til next tax season. 💋✌🏽

As if March 2nd still no deposit .. chime still said he didn’t receive it… my tax preparer for his cut idk where the fuck is mine at.. they also saying its nothing telling them that it came back into a check.. idk what the hold up is

This has never happened to us before. We ended up bouncing 2 bills because DD hasn’t made it on time.

So I had a DDD for 2/26, funds were sent from sbtpg on 2/25 so had not recieved my funds so I felt that something was not right. So I contacted sbtpg come to find out I put two extra digits on my account number and now being sent a check from sbtpg. Ugh! Smh… How long will it take. Sbtpg automated system says a “payment was made to me on 2/27 in the form of pending bank print check.” How long will this take?

Check your banks!!!! at 8am I got my refund dd. all night even when I woke up didnt have it got it when my bank open. Everything on sbtpg said sent on 2/26 at 5pm my account N routing number updated and last night at 11pm my wmr said sent.

SECU customers they do not start processing US Treasury deposits till 8-9. They advise we check between those times for deposits. Hope this helps!

Santa Barbara bank is holding the funds. Their processing the refunds 1-3 days after they receive them. Mine just hit. I direct deposit date was 2/26
I have never had a problem with turbo tax Until this year but next year I will pay the fees upfront . Turbo tax isn’t the problem tho the problem is this third party bank taking their fees.

Just got my money. (Tampa FL/PNC Bank) I used TT and had fees taken out of refund. I guess it took 1 to 2 days like it said…. stressful because I have always gotten paid according to when WMR said and didnt have my money hostage. I might do my taxes by hand and mailed in next year lol

@nikki if that’s true that’s unacceptable. fees should be reimbursed. They are aware of their customers (tax preparer companies) and their demographics. They should be prepared for the load. not acceptable.

So I have a friend who works for sbgt bank and she said they were hit with 17 billion and are delayed 48 hours should have your refund by Friday. If you are using a cell phone check sbgt bank site turn your phone so it rotates sideways and you should see the dd info including where it was sent.

@junk if you prepared it correctly in TT It should of prompted you to answer if you moved or not for the tax whereby they would use both addresses. The card usually goes to the address listed for the most recent return but I believe you said you were able to fix that portion I think M it’s all on how the difference in address is presented.

I filed with tt. They received my irs refund on February 25. Took out the fee. Sbgt said they Direct deposit to my checking today 26. But it’s not at dixie federal credit union not even showing in my holds.

I filed through h and r my ddd was today 2/26/20. It has not said sent on IRS2Go and there are no pending deposits to my credit union. Although I do see my pending deposit for my paycheck in a few days…so not hopeful for even tomorrow.

If you used Turbo Tax and had your filing fees deducted from your refund. TT used Santa Barbara Tax Group to deduct the payment and re-issued the refund to you.

They have a simple re-issue refund status page you can check to see you refund amount, date sent, and fees deducted.

Yep…filed with Turbo Tax and sbtp deducted an additional $100 to what was already agreed upon to deduct the filing fee from my refund…on hold with them to find out wth is going on

I believe earlier when I called the SBTPG automated line it said a “pending” direct deposit was made.
Now it is saying a payment was made “via” direct deposit.
Hopefully that’s a step in the right direction.

Had a DDD of today 2/26/2020. Where’s my refund doesn’t show that it was sent and I haven’t received any money yet. Bank of America is my bank but there’s no sense in calling them today. I know they will tell me they don’t have it yet. Hopefully tomorrow.

@Sara if you look up on google Santa Barbara bank (sb part) you can look consumer report website as one of the first websites it pulls and it has all those reviews

from my experiences
using TT and having a credit union bank
whatever date the WMR says it’s usually the next day. if you don’t have any issues or anything
WMR is usually a day AHEAD of posting it
it only goes the same day if you don’t owe anything
and most ppl who have gotten it already have had smaller amounts then ppl who have not gotten it yet don’t know if that’s a thing or not just something i noticed

My DDD is 2/26, it’s supposed to go to my bluebird account. Santa Barbara bank says it was sent today and takes 1 to 2 business days to process. I don’t understand that, it’s never done that before I usually get it on or before the DDD. Anybody else have Bluebird? Have y’all received it?

How did you get in contact with someone I called turbo tax and the lady said oh you guys should see something in 5 days like wth kind of mess is that she said oh if you had fees to be taken out when you get your taxes that’s why it’s not there yet and i said that’s not true because I choose that option every year and this NEVER happened before

OK so, I been checking this forum since 9am est and I’m in the same boat! At least I thought I was! I have DDD with 2/26, checked bank since midnight and had nothing!! At 2pm I got a text from my tax Lady. Apparently the IRS sent her my refund in A Check!! What?! Why?! How!? My bank info is same as last year! Why would they send her MY money?! Why not to my address on my fkn taxes????

What credit union are you with? I’m with LGFCU and as of 3:37 PM, nothing. I used TT with the pay with your refund option. Never again.

My DD date is today 2/26/20 I’m in NC. I bank with the credit union and I have not received anything yet. I read that when the treasurer (irs) sends to your bank…funds are available immediately. It’s 3:23 EST. I can’t even check wmr anymore for the day lol :/ I checked that site through turbo tax and it says money was paid and my remaining balance. (Sigh) all plans postponed.

Sbbt is owned by Green Dot, the provide the third party services for Turbo Tax and Jackson Hewitt, the bank is terrible, H and R Block does not do business with them, so that’s why a lot of you saw your refund if you went thru HR, some green dot account holders got theirs, if you paid your fees upfront more than likely you got yours, look at the consumer report on Santa Barbara bank, it’s not good

DDD 2-26, nothing yet. I used Turbo Tax with a fee to be taken out, I bank with Wells Fargo. Turbo Tax stated checks were received yesterday, and it takes 24-48 hours to post if you used your banking information and not a card for direct deposit. Probably won’t post until tomorrow I bet.

I webt through sbgt bank too with the dd date of 2/26 but got i yester around 1 pm 2/25 her i. Arizona..its coming guys…and the irs app still hasnt updated its stuck in the approved bar.

I have this feeling that if everyone stops taking the IRS agents’time with phone calls, they might actually scoot our refunds through to our banks since it’s already out of the tax preparation servicers hands once the WMR tool said IRS accepted it. So, let’s just put the phones down and let these nice people do their jobs before none of us get our refunds on time, huh? Thank you for your patience, fellow taxpayers.

I called sbbt and after being on hold for 2 hrs, they told me that your personal bank doesn’t see it as pending because it isnt being “wired” to them. They also said that it has been a delay with how fast the funds is reaching banks this year. It should be posting by the end of bussiness today. Fingers crossed. I had the same date Feb. 26Th.

I live in Las vegas too. My boyfriend filed with H&R and I with turbo. We both got a DDD 2/26, we both have US Bank and he got his around 4am this morning, but I have not gotten anything.

The worst part about all this is that some people filed weeks after I did and got their money already.

Seems like TT is taking longer to deposit if you had fees taken and DD but if you have their card it looks like it showed a day early! (Eye roll) my dd was today I use a credit union and have no pending deposit. IRS says no offset so idk

Sbtpg messed our refunds up their system update made the ach late so we will get them sporadically throughout the day.

if you used Turbo tax this is santa barbara bank, but I think all these companies use them to process the refund payments.
they will let you know if they received your refund
mine said they sent ach today and received the money 2/25, so i think anytime between today and friday, at least I know they got the refund money from IRS.

if you filed with turbo tax call 877 908 7228 it is a bank that your refund goes to so turbo tax can take there filing. Amount out. You will receive 2/27 or 2/28 the latest.

Called the actual sbtpg number and they said they haven’t even received my refund, but the online site said it did…. not sure what that means… irs posted they’d send funds by 2/26 but my status bar didn’t change Last night.. Kind of aggravating.

I filed through TT with a DDD of 2/26, I chose to have me fees deducted from refund.
Did not receive deposit today, however was able to track refund on Sbtpg website. They have received my refund and sent it to my bank today(Amegy) I should received my refund into my account tomorrow. If you used TT to file and had fees taken out of you refund, I recommend tracking refund on Sbtpg site. It will show if they have received refund from IRS.

Nothing yet Navy Federal what is the hold up ?

I filed through TurboTax. IRS site said it would be sent today 2/26 but I just called my bank, Chase, and they said I have no pending deposits and probably will not get mine today.

If you have Sbtpg your money will be there tomorrow some throughout the day depending on your financial institution work at a bank and we get questioned all through tax season but of you paid for your taxes through a third party they will get the money on the ddd and then distribute it to you next day

I was also supposed to receive mine today, however Where’s my refund doesn’t say it was sent, and my bank says there’s not a deposit scheduled. I filed with Turbo Tax. I spoke with my old employer (different tax software company) and he said that they only received about 25% of funding today. Which means most people who were expecting their’s today, didn’t receive it.
