I will never file early again I had honestly forgotten the cluster fuck that it would induce. Last year i filed on 2/10 and got my DD on 2/22 . This year i filed on 1/27 and have a DDD for the 22nd. Never again will I file early. Or spend my money as soon as i receive it. One year I went out a bought a vehicle. I had followed my friends advice, i shopped around looking for something reliable that was priced right and when i came about the dodge i honestly thought i was getting a good deal. The vehicle ran great (for the first 3 months) then all of a sudden i was sitting in traffic and the temperature gauge went up slightly. That was only the beginning. Turns out the dealer that i had purchased the truck from had filled it with a shit ton of stop leak to hide the fact that the head gasket was blown. Ended up warping the valves and cracking the head. So word of advice for anyone planning on purchasing a vehicle go to a mechanic pay them 50$ to evaluate the vehicle and ALWAYS have the system pressure checked I dont care if it cost another 50$ It is well worth it in the long run. Don’t just take the person selling the vehicles word at face value. I learned my lesson and i hope this wil help save someone else from dealing with these issues.

@josh seems we have a similar situation with claiming more wages than was reported. I went ahead and did the amended tax form for shits a giggles with the correct wages that were reported and it jumped my refund 400.00 so once they go in and adjust our agi I hope we all get our ddd

The IRS manual states the 570 code will be systematically released after 2 full cycle weeks from the date the code was applied.

That means the system will automatically reque those returns on whatever date that is for each person.

Some people will have AGI adjusted, others will have noticed sent requesting information.

Not all 570 codes are for AGI.

The ones that are AGI based will be returned to processing with a corrected AGI on the date next to 570 code.

In my case my 570 code has a date of 02/25/19 so basically that is my new accepted date restarting my 21 day return.

That does not mean it will take 21 days.

I’ve seen others that have dates in March.

On a personal note I’ve decided to declare bankruptcy. With this irs bullshit it’s pretty much my final straw. At this point I don’t even care about the money. All I know if these taxes changes are destroying people and families. People with zero lights, etc. I don’t want to hear about managing money better. If you can’t make a decent living and potentially disabled how do you survive? You don’t. They can keep it. I’m done with all of this. Sorry for the bitterness but idgaf any longer.

I still have no idea what my hold is. I signed hubby up for SSA account on the website and those wages matched… So I reported the right amount on the w-2. My only guess is that they just have gotten the w-2 yet… Which wouldn’t surprise me since the people he works for and assholes.

Your hold is due to an offset than. I’m 100%?sure you have a 570 and with go back into the pool on the 25th. Your wages are correct but 570 can also be to offset balances owed.

Rule of thumb. Lesson learned. Never ever file without your 100% w2. Pray you don’t have offsets and never ever file again until tax season opens. The way the irs is setup now you are just outcto the back of the line with early filing.

Oh and a few lucky ones have already been corrected that is why they have their ddd. I’m assuming their processing date was not 2-25

The 1541 isn’t the issue. The 570 is the concerning code. Until that is resolved through agi we will see nothing. 1541 is simply a holding pattern. Just waiting in line to have our wages adjusted.

From Joejoe who seems very reliable based on based I’ve seen. The processing date for most is 2-25-2019. If you have a 570 this is due to wage verification and most likely employers not reporting your income. In my case I had to guess because they never issued my w2. When the 25th hits everyone with 1541 will enter back into the pool of corrections of agi andcwhatever else is holding the money. Bad part is our 21 days start over on the 25th and the irs will essentially determine our refund based on 100% what your employer reported. In my case I know I put down more wages than I made because I found out my wages through the ssa website. Which In turn I have no idea what my refund amount will be let alone offsets. 21 days starts the 25th. It’s going to be a haul. The correction of agi won’t start until then.

I think josh is saying they won’t start processing actions codes 1541 until the 25th. And the code itself is to basically due to wages…?

Guys. 1541 will that our 21 day period on the 25tg. This is confirmed. It’s a wage agi fix. The 570 will be lifted and refunds will be issued but it won’t start until the 25th.

FYI: This year, there is a whole thread here devoted to (and named) POPUPS. This works GREAT for me, so I am plagiarizing myself, copying and reposting here:

I use Chrome and the popups here drive me BSC, too…that is, they USED to. I went into my settings and essentially changed all of them to “block” for this website. I had previously set popups and ads to block, and that was still in effect (albeit with zero actual success in blocking them) however on a hunch I tried changing all the additional settings–such as images and flash, for example–to block as well. This has for whatever reason, COMPLETELY stopped ALL further annoying popups on this site. No effect otherwise in my ability to access and view site content as normal. Give it a try.

I was trying to use the 2/22’ers as a frame of reference, being the last big group/DDD, to see if judging by their experiences we might hope for deposits to hit earlier, but it seems pretty random. Some people with 2/22 were still waiting for theirs today on 2/23, so I am not reeeall optimistic…

I have never had a Wednesday DDD in recent years. It has remained Thursday DDD, with funds hitting my account on the Wednesday one day before, for the last three years in a row.

Prior to PATH, I seem to recall receiving a DD on Monday or possibly even Sunday, with my scheduled DDD set for like Tuesday, or so I remember, anyway. .

Any guesses for this year? I’m always a TurboTax with fees taken out and deposited to Netspend, for the record.

My mom had the same stuff going on and she wasnt updated last Saturday during the morning. That night after 9pm she was updated to a date. She didnt have code 1541 but was stuck on processing. I am hopeful I will update tonight after 9pm

A good resource is learning the tax law. Been doing taxes for 12 yrs. As an individual it could help you regardless if you do your taxes yourself or not. I know several ppl who work for the IRS. They follow work rules and government law just like we do.

Tax offsets can be verified by the offset line. The IRS will tell you how much is being taken and if you will get anything.

They still have to fully process the return including provide a deposit date. Even if it is all being taken by child support, prior year taxes, student loans etc.

Most ppl will see refund dates of wed or Fridays.

You will bring t get help from ta tax advocate unless you have a financial burden.

They have 21 full days to process from the date you filed. If IRS was not truly processing yet your days do not start until they offically opened the tax season.

If you have a identity theft code to use every year you will have less problems then most. They know you are really you. You cannot order any transcripts online if flagged I’d theft. By mail only.

I’d theft is a big thing so expect them to comb thru now more than ever. Expect to wait 21 days.

Idk but now I have to wait until Monday to find out 😒

It can be from 2am til 9am eastern time or from 12pm til 10pm western time. Sometimes it does hit from 11pm til 3am centeal time, at least I’m pretty sure.

Been following this forum for a while now never commented until finally got my DDD of 2/27 I bank with a local credit union do you think they will deposit it early.

I’m from Texas. I filed in 01/28/19 and refund accepted on 01/28/19.

I have been patiently waiting on my refund. I file 1/16 and got accepted the same day 1/16 with turbo tax. I truly believe if you filed and got accepted before 1/28 your refund was put on hold and put back in the master file. I will never file before the acceptance date I believe it puts you back on getting your refund. I finally got a did 2/27. This has been the longest I have ever had to wait to get my refund since I been filling taxes for 20yrs. I hope and pray that everything gets their refund God’s speed. Try to be patient. I am new to this site like many started searching for answers and came across here and never left. I have been lurking 👀here for about a week when I didnt update thru out the week after Path lifted. My anxiety began to grow simply because I dont like disorganization. This was only my 2nd year filing my own taxes! As I was tired of paying 2 arms, 1 leg, and 3 toes to get them done. So naturally I compared everything to last year and when it didnt go as planned I was like noooooooo 😭😭😭😭. I dont have any problems with the triplets I-R-S. Dont want none. So my concern grew as nothing changed! I dont think amounts make any difference because my refund is not as large as others and I still was left in the dark. Also like most I had to request a pin for transcripts which I have yet to receive!

I decided to see how educated the agents are yesterday. Since I have a DDD of 2/27, I called the IRS and acted as if I didn’t know I had one. She told me she can only see what WMR shows. She can’t see my transcript or any details leading to my transcript. While the agent 4-days ago was pulling everything up. Checking all documents. It’s crazy how getting the right agent makes an ever bit of difference.

If it is an offset you will still see a deposit date. Same thing just happened to my son for student loans. They take ok all of it. It was deposited alright just not to him lol. Although it’s not really funny. A lil humor I hope.

WMR had the message that read “We have received your return and it is being processed” from 02/16 until this morning.

This morning, I saw that my Account Transcript had an 846 code “Refund Issued” at the bottom. The -$5k at that top (a credit) became $0.00.

From the very beginning, I didn’t have any bars on WMR, accepted 1/28, it went straight to we have received your refund and it is being processed, updated to PATH 2/2 then went back to being processed when PATH was lifted. Finally, I have bars, Refund approved. I do have TT203, I was expecting an offset, however, my transcripts and WMR are still showing my full refund amount. This has been the strangest tax season that I have ever seen. Good luck to all of those still waiting.

Lets hope so because its a tad bit infuriating. Ill wait until Tuesday to see if there is a deposit but if not I’m getting on the phones with a tax advocate and calling them once again. I’ve lost hope at this point…….

The update is still happening. There are 30 more minutes before it is complete for the 3 hour update every 24 hours. It occurs 3:30-6:30am EST. (12:30-3:30am PST)

If you check more than 4 times it will lock you out until after 12:00am the next day.
I was only checking at 6:30 – once per day until this morning, I knew there would be an update. I filed and was accepted on 01/29 lost bars on 02/16, saw my 846 code on 02/22 and finally after I checked at 4:30am today and nothing. Then, , at last, at 5:30am It says Refund Approved DDD 02/27. I expect it this evening or Monday as I am I using Bluebird and had fees taken out using TurboTax. This means I expect to get a thank you email from TT for using them and SBTPG will pass the money right through. Last year, I got my deposit on 02/16 when the DDD was 02/22 – Bluebird rocks,

spoke with IRS on 2/19 was told that they had to go in a manually push my refund thru processing and that there was a error but it was fixed and it was finishing processing and that i should see a DD today.
Wednesday I got back the tax code and then today i lost the tax code the tax code was the general 152

I wish they would hurry up should i be worried ?

I was feeling kind of good yesterday, after calling the IRS and being told, “I’m showing a DD of 2/27.” But I wasn’t 100% trusting that I wasn’t just being brushed off with a pre-written script. So, I had been asleep, tonight. Woke up, doing the pee pee dance. Returned from the restroom and thought, “You know, what the heck? Let’s check the WMR site and see if anything’s changed. And voila!

thats awesome. I had a similar experience when we were living in Texas. I saw this figure which was my dad at first (did not live with us) and it was telling me to come with it. I closed my eyes really tightly and opened and then it was my moms boyfriend (did not leave with us either). Telling me the same thing and I kept shaking my head no. I buried my head in the pillow and never looked back. I was around 4 and can remember it like it was yesterday

Long story…kinda short…..
Father was in the Navy so we moved a lot as a child. When I was very young, (3-4) we lived in Salt Lake City Utah. Moved into a cute little rental house and that is when/where I started having paranormal experiences. Idk how I even knew what a ghost was at that age, but I know that is what I told myself I was seeing. I never mentioned any of the things I saw/experienced to my family until I was about 13. By then we were already in Kentucky. I guess until then they all just thought I had this strange obsession with learning everything I could about ghost. At the age of 15 I was in aw over an episode of Sightings I watch. Name of the episode was A Ghost Story. It told of a woman who took an old tape recorder to haunted locations and had captured hundreds of “spirit voices”. I went ASAP and bought a tape recorder and started recording tape after tape. Pretty soon I added a camera for still shots, and so on. It took me 11 years to capture my first EVP, but well worth it. So my suggestion would be get yourself a good digital recorder, and a good pair of headphones (not earbuds as white noise can damage the ear/hearing). Use your phone camera if you need to. Start out in small places, just a few people (at least 1 other person as I do not recommend ghost hunting alone) until you get the feel for going over pics and audio for evidence. After you start doing more investigations, you’ll learn what kind of evidence is/could be your favorite evidence to capture. As you come up with experiments/triggers, you’ll know what equipment to start adding to your collection.

I got so sick of eating out all the time redacted so I feel your pain. I do a sick amount of driving for my job so I started packing lunches and snacks in a little cooler. Saves a lot of money that way

Omg I LOVE ID. Joe Kenda is a boss lol. He cracks me up and idk why lol. I like Evil Lives Here and Married with Secrets a lot too. I watch Snapped and Killer couples on Oxygen. You know TVGuide has a website that all you do is put your tv provider in and it’ll show whats on tv from whoever you have. (Yes I’m 27 and I use TvGuide lmao)

Well last update when mine updated to “it is being processed” ..that happened around 3:30 am. What I can’t remember though..is if it happens Friday night into Saturday morning or Saturday night into Sunday..it is Friday night into Saturday right?
