1/30 Filed – 2/8 DDD – Funds dispersed

Filed mine and my wife’s taxes via Turbo Tax on 01/30, and it was accepted by IRS that same night. It’s our first year filing together since we just got married – she had a state return also from Georgia, but only federal on my end since I’m from Texas. No EIC or ACTC or whatever it is. Only “extra” we got were education credits since we were both full time college students in 2016, and teacher expenses since she is a first grade teacher. Here is our timeline:

Filed via Turbo Tax 01/30
Accepted by IRS 01/30
Received 02/08 DDD on 02/04 morning
TPG received funds and removed fees on 02/07
Should receive at Bank of America as scheduled on 02/08

No sign yet on when we will receive my wife’s state return from Georgia, though it was accepted on 01/31
