12C – 8262 & 1095

My dependant was put on ACA though they did not ask or use the insurance. Insurance did not accept her Dr’s and visa versa. I had no idea. Now I had to complete 12C & 1095A. I faxed these to the IRS today after spending 4 hours trying to get a rep on the phone.

I filed 1/30 – TT
Accepted 2/11/21
Letter rec’d 3/6
Faxed 3/8/21

Now my refund is delayed who knows how much longer it was already above the 21 days. I hate this ACA HealthCare junk. Worst people that don’t mind their own business. Let’s see how long it will be b4 I get my refund.

No updates yet either! I did call last week and they said I was out of the adjustments department whatever that means. Don’t know how much longer it will take though and they couldn’t tell me smh! Anybody else get told that?

Here I am 12 weeks after being accepted and 8 weeks and 2 days after faxing the forms.

Taxes are still not processed. “No Return on File”. I have medical and household expenses and this is not helping. I amended and the WMAR is also not showing anything and it is past 4 weeks… 6 weeks since they received the 1040X ad Austin, Texas. Nothing is updating and the IRS has no answers except, “You have to wait”‘. People that filed after me have their refunds and I am stuck in limbo.

I was told my confirmation was my fax receipt also…. that’s crazy they don’t have some sort of system set in place to let you know if it was received. I have no ETA either and font know how lo g this process will take smh

Spoke to the IRS yesterday after 1 hour on hold. They said they do not have an ETA. They said my fax confirmation should be my receipt.
I have to amend something due to TT software so I mailed it in.
I contacted my Congressman also they said something by the 7th.. Not true. Nothing today. Sent 2 911 forms to Tax Advocate and also NOTHING.

@Sandra that’s crazy a whole month and no movement. Have you spoke to the IRS? I called last week and they basically said wait it could take up to June but could be sooner that’s crazy and it’s no way they could tell me whether the fax was received or not which is dumb!

As of 4/8/21 NOTHING… It has been over a month I sent documents by fax. It has been 8 weeks since accepted.

Has anyone got any updates yet? My tax preparer did not file my insurance and I had to respond to the 12C letter.

I call and talk to a nice lady she say they received my paper work but wait 10 went for respond.it been 4.im counting

I sent my 8962 form back 3/1 and still no movement.ithis the worst year ever.got 3rd stimulus.that help a little 😥

Same boat forgot to file my 1095 A they told me 6 weeks 😭 and I never received letter
