1/29 Did Anyone Actually Get Their Money??

It sucks waiting, I know… but try not to get spun out by all the assumptions, know it all’s, 2nd hand informers, etc. This is my first posting here, intended purely to try and give all you anxious waiters a little bit of stress reducer. Mine is as follows:

FILED 1/12, RETURN ACCEPTED 1/14.
1 BAR ON 1/14 (RIGHT AWAY AFTER ACCEPTED)
SAT AT THAT ONE DARN BAR UNTIL 1/25… THEN ‘ALL’ BARS WERE GONE FOR 3 DAYS, UNTIL YESTERDAY (1/28) MID-AFTERNOON, THEN 2ND BAR SHOWED UP, WITH A MESSAGE THAT DEPOSIT WOULD BE SENT TO BANK ON 1/29. TPG/SBBG RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT LAST NIGHT OVERNIGHT SOMETIME AND SENT TO MY BANK DURING THE SAME TIMEFRAME, (OVERNIGHT SOMETIME). REFUND WAS IN MY ACCOUNT EARLY THIS MORNING.

The refunds are coming, they really are :) This is just to give anyone waiting anxiously a little hope and to not get too tangled up in all the ignorance I keep reading in the forum… and I mean ignorance in unskilled, guessing only, type of information. Some of the answers in the questions are just pure common sense. Best of luck for everyone waiting that is in truly desperate need of their refunds.

I got a deposit date for today 1/29 and I haven’t received anything. Then again, I’m putting it on my Walmart Moneycard which unlike Netspend won’t give you early access to a tax refund. The WMR shows the same two bars and “if you haven’t received it by the 3rd” bullshit so it’s a waiting game. Last year it was around 8 AM when I received the alert it was on my card but wtf this year I have a bad feeling it’s going to be a wait game!
No new info on actual deposits because people are posting shit about transcripts and thinking it means something. It don’t.

Yes, money was in my checking acct this morning.
Filed H&R Block 1.19, accepted 1.21, DD there today

I was accepted on 1/11/16, and I can order my return transcript, but nothing yet. this is the first yet I decided to take a gamble with the NetSpend card… Wonder if that’s the hold up.

Hi is anyone expecting a DD on their netspend card and does it actually come earlier cause my DDD is 2/2/2016 but it should be here today nothing yet so if plz give me a respond on what to expect

This is just a thought. I have absolutely no facts to back this up but last year I noticed last year and again this year that people who filed BEFORE the IRS was accepting returns had a longer wait for their money. Last year and this year I filed the day after they began accepting returns and I was in the first group of refunds issued. Just a thought.

Ok so if im able to order my 2015 account transcript do that mean that ill have a ddd soon? or is the refund transcript the one i need beacause i was only able to order my 2015 account transcript not my refund transcript please someone tell me the difference and also i filed on 1/9/16 and was accepted on 1/11/16

Looks like I’m still on one freakin bar. Unbelievable. Accepted 1/14…b/s!

Just checked WMR. Still shows 2 bars after deposit. Not surprising but people who are waiting on DD today should know that it most likely won’t update to 3rd bar before you see your deposit

I received 2nd bar early Wednesday morning, that was the first time anyone made it to 2nd bar if I remember correctly. I called my bank yesterday to see if I had anything pending to get deposited today because they usually hold for a business day or two but they said they had nothing. Then I checked like I said around 3AM earlier this morning and it was available in my bank account. I’m anxious to see if anyone with one bar wakes up with a deposit. I certainly hope so

Woke up to take a leak around 3 AM EST, decided to check my bank account. Ca ching! See y’all next year maybe.
